The area being cleaned must be cleared beforehand.

No. Plazas are not washed from December to March, or when they are covered in snow.
Payment is monthly, within 7 days of the completed service. Prices exclude VAT.
Regular maintenance prevents the build-up of dirt and oily deposits, as well as damage to the floor. Clean garages mean longer-lasting floors.
